Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Farra account and personal data at any time — right inside the app, no need to contact us. Deletion completes within 30 days.

  1. Open the Farra app and sign in.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. Tap “Delete account permanently” and confirm in the dialog.

  4. You will be signed out. Your account, profile, and personal trip data are queued for permanent deletion.

AWhat gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, phone number, email, and date of birth.
  • Your ride history linked to you, saved locations, and preferences.
  • Your push-notification token and device associations.

BWhat may be kept

  • Anonymized trip statistics that can no longer identify you, used to keep the service reliable.
  • Transaction records we are legally required to retain, kept only as long as the law demands.
Prefer email?

If you cannot access the app, email hello@gofarra.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
